We want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to improper care
- Items altered or modified after purchase
- Items without original packaging
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at servicecenter@nuvarexion.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
